Sports Fishing Charter Captain

Port Canaveral Florida's Finest

Tuesday September 19, 2017

Port Canaveral's finest Charter Fishing Captain Richard Bradley has over 25 years of professional fishing experience finding Florida's most sought after gamefish. A third generation Floridian, Richard's father immersed him into the briny waters of the Banana River Lagoon and the cobalt blue Atlantic Ocean off Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. Graduating from Merritt Island High School in 1980 and continuing his education in Palm Beach, Richard worked on-board dive and fishing boats where he enjoyed helping people fulfill their fishing dreams in pursuit of many Florida game fish.

Captain Richard was raised in Holiday Cove on North Banana River Drive on Merritt Island's canal-front communities where almost daily you could find him motoring along the natural canals of the Ulamay Wildlife Refuge or wading the Banana River Lagoon. His father provided Jon boats and maintained an offshore fishing skiff where many days were spent in the bouy line and offshore Port Canaveral in pursuit of larger gamefish like cobia, tripletail and dorado.

" Years of Growing up and Fishing out of Port Canaveral have helped me develop a great relationship with the Atlantic Ocean and it's gamefish. "

If you are looking for a great fishing adventure with competent and fully licensed and insured Charter Fishing Captain that puts you on Florida's gamefish safely and comfortably ask many of the locals and regulars that have taken a day of fishing with him.

Come aboard Captain Richard's offshore fishing skiff for a fantastic day of fishing and meet an extraordinary fishing Captain in his native waters off Port Canaveral.

Review / Trip Advisor

Inshore and Offshore Charter Fishing near Orlando and Cocoa Beach, Florida. Catch redfish, sea trout, tarpon, snook and many other saltwater gamefish aboard the world famous Lagooner flats fishing boat with renowned Captain Richard Bradley.

Amazing start to an amazing vacation! - Port Canaveral was our first stop on a 7 day Norwegian cruise out of New York City... When I didn't find any fishing excursions listed through NCL, I did a Google search and emailed a few different charter outfits. Capt. Gina was quick to respond and super to deal with. When she came right to the ship to pick us up for our trip she greeted us with a warm hug like we were lifelong friends. Capt Richard kept us on fish the entire time. We had many laughs and great conversation. I really enjoyed hearing him speak about his family. Caught some beautiful King Mackerel and a few other fish, WHAT A DAY! I would recommend Lagooner to anyone!
